TOMAS LAGERMAND LUNDME – Stedets spejl
TIME & PLACE Fri 9th, Sat 10th & Sun 11th of May
WHAT Performative Workshop
The Critical Landscape of Self-Worth
Stedets spejl takes us on a literary, performative, and artistic walk through a site that holds both nature and culture. Here, we explore how the in-between spaces and non-places of society – backyards, abandoned buildings, and more – can contain both liberation and challenge. This is one of the many stories we rarely allow to take up space, and even more rarely speak aloud.
Author, visual artist, and performer Tomas Lagermand Lundme moderates and facilitates the unfolding narrative, presented as a series of events in dialogue with the audience, who use art as a means to explore self-worth. The feeling of being an outsider, of being wrong or inadequate, is a universal human experience – and one that feels especially present in our current time, as people seek footing in new identity-based communities.
How does a place reflect critical inner and outer landscapes?
