A MASS ON THE MOVE is a community in the city. An organism of bodies and movement that appears, settles for a while, and then disappears again. It leaves behind no single message, but an experience that continues to resonate with those who encounter it.

The work invites another way of being together – one rooted in presence and connection. It is a manifestation of the possibility of being vulnerable, generous, and attentive together in the city.

The performance is created together with the participants in public space. As a collective, a group of people inhabit Copenhagen’s streets and squares through a shared choreography of silence, slowness, movement, and presence. Together they lie down, lean against buildings, look up at the sky, gather around architectural elements, or form silent corridors – as a gentle interruption of the city’s everyday-life.
