Recently I was at a lecture at the Copenhagen Museum entitled Latest news about Stone Age archeology in Copenhagen<\/em>. We were presented with facts, methods and issues related to prehistoric archeology in the city. The biggest challenge, in addition to the dense settlement, is the amounts of land that are constantly being added and moved around. Over time, it covers the original geological layers.<\/p>\n

A map with locations for important finding places was also shown. The places on the map draw the boundaries of the ancient islands, coasts, lakes, plains and forests. I will go to those locations and see if I can find traces and memories from the distant times. Join me on a journey through Copenhagen’s primitive landscapes and geological layers. Feel the flint flakes between your fingers. They are Stone Age witnesses. Put on the mask and dissolve in the flow of time.<\/p>\n
