BREATH WALK<\/strong><\/p>\n

Breathing is the first movement we make in life and the last when we are to leave it. Throughout our time in between it is the act that unites our inner and outer space. The inhalation takes in our surroundings. The exhalation exposes our inside. It is this movement – the breath – that keeps us alive, but it is also what keeps us apart in this historic moment of the Corona-virus.<\/p>\n

By forwarding all attention towards the simple act of breathing and walking, a mental space opens up that allows for spiritual reflection. In a time when we are all \u2019holding our breath\u2019 awaiting good news, it is our motivation to \u2018gather\u2019 in this joint gesture and create a unique and positive moment for everyone in a celebration of art and life.<\/p>\n

I place the lunge, which I\u2019m holding in my hand, over a map of Copenhagen with my street door as the starting point. I will only move on my inhalations and exhalations \u2013 one step at the time \u2013 I will be walking with my breath \u2013 fast \u2013 slow.<\/p>\n

Each hour I will perform three-dimensional breath work connecting us with the earth and the sky \u2013 and with each other.<\/p>\n
